Marble Monday – Arabescato Grigio

Arabescato Grigio is a beautiful marble with a lot of character and veining. It is predominantly grey, but often has shades of coral, caramel, and even red streaming through it.

When we think about marble kitchen countertops, most of us picture white marble like Carrara or Calacatta Gold. Our team at European Marble and Granite just designed, fabricated, and installed this kitchen in Salt Lake City. It belongs to a large family with impeccable contemporary taste, so their kitchen has to be both beautiful and functional. The design solution for this project was to use two different materials. The homeowners knew that they wanted to use Arabescato Grigio from the start, so it became the kitchen perimeter, and we built a two level kitchen island with waterfall sides and plenty of space for working, eating, and spending time together out of CaesarStone in Blizzard.

We partnered with PepperTree Kitchen and Bath on this double marble kitchen at the Roth Concept Center  located in Foothill Village in Salt Lake City. We fabricated and installed the countertops, using Carrara on the kitchen perimeter and Arabescato Grigio on the very statement making island.
